When I was first diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I didn’t want to cook separate meals just for me. I wanted to sit down with my family and enjoy the same delicious food—without feeling left out or having to explain what “gluten-free” meant every night. Most of all, I didn’t want to give up sweet treats like warm cookies straight from the oven!

So I started researching recipes that worked for all of us. Recipes that didn’t need fancy ingredients or complicated steps. Just good, honest food that made everyone happy—whether they were gluten-free or not.
